EDITOR'S NOTE - We have the pleasure this week to introduce Mrs. Virgil Taylor, Cleveland, who will be the author of the weekly BY-WAYS column on this page, beginning this week. Mrs. Taylor, 1776 Urbana Road, has been writing verse, prose poetry and rhyme for many years, but has only recently returned to writing for newspapers.
